I would suggest possibly showing a graph which shows the historical value of the house. Maybe for the past 5 years. Also, any details as to reasons for decrease or increase in value.

There's no way for me to change my address. So, if I move I won't be able to continue to use your product and I'll keep getting notifications about my old house.

Currently the property centers on the map, but when there are a lot of properties in a small area it's hard to tell which propery is being selected. Suggest changing icon to indicate the selected property and potentially have the bubble apppear with property information automatically.

If possible, show more details about each house listed in the neighborhood tab. For example, how long the house has been default in their payments. Also, what price the houses in auction sold. Maybe show a graph showing how the house price looks over the last year or 2 for each house. Any other details, such as number of beds/baths, sqft, etc.

Can you add a total to the subheaders (e.g., Recent Forclosures - 42) for the last 6 months (or what ever period of time is more applicable (maybe 3 months))? That way I don't have to add each of the individual entries below the sub-total. The same would be helpful for each of the other subtotal catagories...

Your site tells me about these recorded documents, but I don't understand what most of them are! Add some education (maybe videos) to your site.

If i find the property characteristics are inaccurate - i would like to update them - beds, baths, squarefootage, number of garages, pool, spa, waterfront, golffront, culdesac, etc...

Provide the abililty to see more than just the current month of foreclosure and sales. In other words, provide the ability to specify a date range of up to 1 to 2 years (since foreclosures can take that long and some take longer).
